  • 1-2 Cans Large Biscuits

    Step 1
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F / 190°C.
  • Step 2
  • Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Step 3
  • In a small bowl combine hot sauce, sour cream and cream cheese to make the sauce.

  • In a medium bowl mix together the chicken, 2/3 cup of mozzarella, green onions, blue cheese and sauce.

  • Step 7

  • Bake for about 12 minutes or until biscuit edges are golden brown.

  • Top with extra mozzarella or blue cheese.
