  • 2 packages Diced chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 packages cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Ranch or Bleu Cheese Dressing

    Step 1
  • Pre heat oven to 380°F
  • Step 2
  • Cut up your chicken into smaller pieces if desired
  • Step 3
  • Add chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch and hot sauce to oven safe serving dish and stir until cream cheese is broken down
  • Step 4
  • Add cayenne pepper and shredded cheese to the mix and stir
  • Step 5
  • Taste and add more hot sauce and cayenne pepper to your desired heat. The hotter the better in my opinion.

  • Spread the mixture evenly and put it in the oven for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
  • Step 7
  • Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread or whatever you desire.
