  • 1 rotisserie chicken, skinned, boned and shredded
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup hot sauce, I prefer Franks Red Hot
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Buffalo Chicken Dip in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Depending on your stove, you will want to make sure your broiler is up and heated for the last step!
  • Step 2
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add all ingredients but the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Step 3
  • Stir until well combined and bubbly
  • Step 4
  • Place mixture into lightly greased 8x8 pan
  • Step 5
  • Sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top.
  • Step 6
  • Place under broiler until the cheddar cheese is melted and bubbly. If your pushed for time, you can microwave it for a few minutes (add long as it's in a microwave safe dish), until shredded cheese is melted.
