  • 1 lb Pasta
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Mexican Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup 6 Cheese Italian Blend Cheese
  • 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Tabasco Sauce
  • 3 cup Cooked Chicken

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Mac n' Cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Buffalo Chicken Mac n' Cheese in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a saucepan, add hot sauce, tabasco, and butter. Heat until butter is melted and well blended.
  • Step 2
  • Either cut up chicken, or pull apart into bite sized pieces. About 3 cups, use as much chicken as you like, I used leftovers from a whole chicken.
  • Step 3
  • Add chicken to hot sauce and set aside.
  • Step 4
  • In another sauce pan add 1 cup of milk. Heat on medium until just beginning to steam.
  • Step 5
  • In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of milk and the flour. Wisk until well blended. Add to heated milk and whisk until creamy.
  • Step 6
  • Add cheeses, salt, and dry mustard to milk. Stir until cheese is fully melted. Keep on stove on low, to stay warm.
  • Step 7
  • Boil pasta as directed on box. Drain and put in a large bowl.
  • Step 8
  • Add cheese sauce and mix.
  • Step 9
  • Reheat chicken and add to pasta. Mix together and serve.
  • Step 10
