  • 3 cup whole milk
  • 6 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 oz shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 5 oz blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup tobasco buffalo style hot sauce
  • 12 oz cooked chicken, cut into 1/2 in pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350┬░. Cook macaroni to al dente, and drain.
  • Step 2
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on medium-low heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper and cook 1-2 minutes. Whisk in milk and cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly.
  • Step 3
  • Reduce heat to low, and stir in cheeses until melted. Add Tobasco buffalo sauce, chicken, green onion, macaroni, salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
  • Step 4
  • Spoon into an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake 25-30 minutes or until heated to an internal temperature of 165┬░
