Ingredients: Buffalo Chicken Sub

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 4 Sub rolls
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 packages Hidden Valley Ranch
  • 2 cup Shredded Cheese (I used Mozzarella)
  • 1 tbsp Canola Oil

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Sub

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Buffalo Chicken Sub in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cube Chicken breast & coat with dried Ranch Packet (I marinated the chicken while we were at ftball practice)
  • Step 2
  • Oil large pan with 1 tablespoon of Canola Oil.
  • Step 3
  • Add Chicken & fry till no longer pink.
  • Step 4
  • Add 1 cup of Buffalo Sauce to Chicken & stir frequently. About 15/20 until sauce slightly reduces.
  • Step 5
  • I toasted the sub rolls while waiting for sauce to reduce, but that's totally up to you.
  • Step 6
  • Dressed toasted rolls with ranch dressing (my son used mayo instead)
  • Step 7
  • Place Buffalo chicken mixture on rolls & topped with Shredded Mozzarella. Lettuce & tomatoes are optional. Hope you enjoy 😉
