  • 2 packages chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 canola oil
  • 2 franks buffalo wing sause
  • 1 all-purpose flour

How to Make Buffalo chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Buffalo chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut and clean chicken wings and season
  • Step 2
  • Add chicken wings to the flour and shake until the chicken is covered
  • Step 3
  • Add oil to deep fryer or skillet and let heat up
  • Step 4
  • Once the oil is heated enough add chicken to oil and fry until done
  • Step 5
  • Once done frying get a aluminum pan or baking pan and add chicken
  • Step 6
  • Once all the chicken is in the pan add buffalo sauce
  • Step 7
  • Pre heat oven for 350°
  • Step 8
  • Once the oven is ready put the chicken in the oven for 15-30 minutes
  • Step 9
  • When it's done let it chill for 5 minutes then enjoy
