  • Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup butter
  • 14 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 Bell pepper
  • 3 Chili's: use variety of jalepeno, Serrano, Habanero
  • 23 oz bottle Frank's Red Hot original cayenne hot sauce
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tbsp honey mustard

How to Make Buffalo Sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Buffalo Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Melt butter in sauce pan
  • Step 2
  • Saute garlic 3-4 minutes
  • Step 3
  • Add bell pepper and chili's and saute 5 minutes
  • Step 4
  • Add Frank's hot sauce and bring to simmer
  • Step 5
  • Add celery salt and continue to simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Step 6
  • Add honey mustard and simmer 10 more minutes to reduce, stirring occasionally
