  • 1 Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
  • 1 blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 1 carrot and celery sticks
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder, cajun seasoning, or creole seasoning

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Buffalo wing pierogies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400° F. Or if you prefer, deep fry the pierogies in 350°F oil for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Step 2
  • Combine melted butter, oil, hot sauce, and chili powder; and toss with the pierogies.
  • Step 3
  • Coat a rimmed baking sheet with the non stick cooking spray and spread the coated pierogies evenly on the baking sheet.
  • Step 4
  • Bake for 16-18 minutes or until pierogies are puffed and browned.
  • Step 5
  • For best results turn over once, halfway through baking time.
  • Step 6
  • Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing, carrots and celery.
