Ingredients: Burgers

  • 2 lb ground sirloin
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/3 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 6 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1/3 lb lettuce whole leaves
  • 3 tsp yellow prepared mustard
  • 3 tbsp Heinz tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle chips
  • 2 medium tomatoes sliced thinly
  • 1/3 small onion sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup shredded fontina cheese

How to Make Burgers

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Burgers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Form the sirloin into patties about a third pound each.
  • Step 2
  • Put into a hot pan fry till it forms a crust turn once season to taste with garlic, salt, and pepper
  • Step 3
  • Turn once more after 3 minutes and add to second side of patties with garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Step 4
  • Carefully remove outside lettuce leaves set aside.
  • Step 5
  • when ground sirloin is done add cheese to top set on a paper towel and repeat till done
  • Step 6
  • Add patty to lettuce. Add mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, tomato, pickles, onions till you have everything on it.
  • Step 7
  • Wrap the lettuce around the patties serve, hope you enjoy!
