  • 1 tbsp Butter/buttery spread
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilli flakes
  • 200 grams Rigatoni
  • 1 bunch Young spinach washed and drained
  • 100 grams Grated Cheddar + a little extra for sprinkling on top
  • 1/2 cup Crème fraîche
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Parmesan

  • Melt butter in a saute pan, add chicken and cook through

  • Preheat oven to 200°F

  • Transfer to oven proof dish, sprinkle extra grated cheese over top
  • Step 14
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes until crispy on top
  • Step 15
  • Serve with pepper and parmesan to taste
