  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 shallots,finely chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 carrots,dice
  • 2/3 tsp salt
  • 2/3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 bunch spring onion,chopped

How to Make Butter Fried Rice

    Step 1
  • On medium heat,add butter,brown shallots,add dided carrots ,2mins keep stiring
  • Step 2
  • Crack eggs in,let it almost set ,scrambles ,add rice
  • Step 3
  • Seasoning ,stir evenly ,5 mins stir to let it hot through ,heat off
  • Step 4
  • Chopped spring onion,springkles on top ,serve as side dish,or serve as Thai style fried rice for main meal :)
