  • Mix all purpose flour with salt, baking soda, oil and sugar with like warm water. Make a soft dough (not runny) and keep aside covered with a damp cloth for 30 minutes.

  • Flip the entire pan upside down on the flame to grill the nan from lower side. The water helps to keep the nan stuck to the pan
  • Step 6
  • Take some butter and top n serve hot with any curry of your choice
