  • 4 mahi mahi fillets
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp sake or white wine
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp butter
  • 1 pinch dried parsley

    Step 1
  • Remove the skin of mahi mahi and cut into smaller pieces.
  • Step 2
  • Put the mahi mahi in a bowl with garlic, salt and pepper and olive oil, and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  • Heat a little oil in a saucepan and fry the mahi mahi on both sides until golden. Remove onto a warmed dish.
