    Step 1
  • melt tablespoon of butter in a cast iron skillet or dtch oven. remove from heat and let it cool for 10 min.
  • Step 2
  • place the dinner rolls in the warm skillet or dutch oven, allowing space in between rolls
  • Step 3
  • cover the rolls with dish towel or a cloth napkin and set in a warm place for at least 2 hours.
  • Step 4
  • when they have risen, the rolls will be puffy and soft.
  • Step 5
  • melt 2 tablespoons of butter, then brush the melted butter on to the rolls.
  • Step 6
  • sprinkle the rolls with copped rosemary
  • Step 7
  • sprinkle with sea salt
  • Step 8
  • bake for 15 to 20 min. at 350°f
