  • 1 dash of each Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

How to Make Buttered Scallops

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Buttered Scallops in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Drain the scallops and pat dry. Cook in a pan with vegetable oil. Season with salt, pepper, and sake, cover with a lid and steam for a bit.
  • Step 2
  • Drizzle soy sauce and coat the scallops. Melt butter in the pan and coat the scallops in that too. Sprinkle black pepper to taste.
