  • 2 kg shrimp
  • 2 cup butter
  • 4 clove garlic - minced
  • 2 medium ginger - minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 spring onion or parsley -chopped (garnish)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 piece pickles - chopped (optional if you dont have it's okey)

How to Make Buttered Shrimp

    Step 1
  • Melt the butter in a pan /medium heat and add the galic.
  • Step 2
  • Add the ginger and cooked until the color turns light to golden brown.
  • Step 3
  • Put the shrimp and simmer. When the shrimp turned orange you can now put the pickles.
  • Step 4
  • Put the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 5
  • Sprinkle the spring onion and let the liquid evaporate completly.
  • Step 6
