  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1/2 butternut squash
  • 2 1/2 cup your fave pasta
  • 1 bunch of kale roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp ricotta cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Butternut squash, kale and ricotta pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook your pasta in a pot and add your chopped kale in the last 2 min of cooking time, and set aside
  • Step 2
  • In a deep pan Sautee the onions, garlic until translucent, then add your chopped butternut squash. Cook until squash is soften (but not mush)
  • Step 3
  • Toss the pasta and kale with your butternut squash mixture and season it with salt and pepper to your taste. Then add 2 tbs of ricotta cheese and serve :)
