  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 clove garlic minced
  • dash worcestershire sauce
  • dash Soy sauce
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 packages Lipton Beefy Onion dry soup mix

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Buttery beef Tips in your home by yourself.

  • Heat pan.
  • Step 2
  • Turn down heat to med high. Add butter, onion. Saute about 2 minutes. Add beef, saute for about 3 minutes now add garlic add saute for about 2 minutes careful to not burn it.

  • Add wine and bring to boil, cooking off alcohol and scraping bottom of pan. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, cover and lower heat to simmer. Simmer for 1 hr or until meat is nice and tender.

  • Serve with noodles or rice.
  • Step 5
  • If you want a thicker gravy, mix 2 tbsp corn starch with 2 tbsp of cold water and stir slowly into mixture. Simmer for 15 minutes or until thickened.
  • Step 6
  • Slow cooker: add all ingredients to slow cooker, cook on high 4 hrs or low 6-8 hrs.
