  • 7 Button mushrooms
  • 1 slice Cured ham
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 1 Olive oil

How to Make Button Mushroom Tapas

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Button Mushroom Tapas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mince the cured ham, garlic, and parsley. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Stuff the ingredients from Step 1 into the mushrooms.
  • Step 3
  • Heat a large amount of olive oil in a frying pan. Place the mushrooms from Step 2 into the frying pan with the filling side up. Continuously scoop the oil and pour it over the mushrooms as they fry. (Don't flip them over.)
  • Step 4
  • You can also fry the stems at the same time, so they're not wasted.
