  • 1 head cabbage cut
  • 2 each zucchini
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 3 dash balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 dash Chipotle chili powder
  • 1 salt crushed black pepper
  • 1 soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin or less
  • 2 tbsp white sugar

How to Make Cabbage & zucchini

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Cabbage & zucchini in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut cabbage and zucchini
  • Step 2
  • Add oil and vegetables to pan. Season with spices listed above. Heat till desired texture. remove from heat and eat.
  • Step 3
  • I like mine just warmed up so I turn it on high for about 3 minutes turn off and cover. Till I'm ready to eat.
  • Step 4
  • You can add different things like carrots, water chestnuts, pepper or even meat to make it a simple meal.
