Ingredients: Cabbage Rolls

  • stuffing and sauce
  • 2 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • dash garlic powder
  • dash oregano
  • dash basil
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • dash sugar
  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 ground beef

How to Make Cabbage Rolls

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Cabbage Rolls in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put cabbage in boiling water, let that get soften for 15 minutes or until the leaves are no longer crisp.
  • Step 2
  • In a mixing bowl place your ground beef and to that add the chopped onion , oregano, basil and garlic powder. Mix all together. Then add in the cooked rice and mix.
  • Step 3
  • When your cabbage are ready cut out the core and start peeling the leafs also cutting the middle white stem out in a triangle like shape. Start making your rolls and set aside.
  • Step 4
  • For the sauce add chopped onions into pot and sugar and stir for 3 mins. Add in half of the tomato sauce then place the rolls and add the rest of the sauce over.
  • Step 5
  • Cook on low to medium heat for 2\3 hours and serve!
