  • 1 tsp Minced garlic (or more, to taste)
  • 1 head Cabbage (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 1 large Green bell pepper (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 2 large Carrots (sliced)
  • 1 head Cauliflower (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 5 large Mushrooms (sliced or can of sliced mushrooms)
  • 3 stick Celery (sliced)
  • 1 Salt and pepper

How to Make Cabbage Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Cabbage Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large pot mix onions, tomatoes, garlic, vegetable juice and water and bring to a boil.
  • Step 2
  • Add chopped cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, and celery.
  • Step 3
  • When vegetables are partially cooked, add green peppers and mushrooms, then continue cooking until vegetables are cooked but firm, stirring occasionally.
