    Step 1
  • Use a bread maker to knead.

  • Let the dough proof at 30°C until about double size.
  • Step 3
  • Punch the dough to release the air and divide into 5 portions. Form them into balls. Rest for 10 minutes.

  • Step 7
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for 10-15 minutes.
