  • 1 1/2 cup 5 minute Grits
  • 1 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded fontina cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheeder cheese
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper

How to Make Cajun Shrimp and Cheesy Grits
