  • shrimp boil seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Old Bay original seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Ms. Dash original salt free seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Chef Paul Magic Salmon Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 packages sazón goya con azafran
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cup water
  • other
  • olive oil, extra virgin
  • sauce
  • 10 epazote
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 5 chile ancho
  • 1 chile jalapeño
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 tomato roma
  • 1 small chile de arbol
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Original Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Chef Paul Magic Salmon Seasoning
  • 5 cup water
  • salt

How to Make Caldo de Mariscos

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Caldo de Mariscos in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Bring 3 cups of water to boil
  • Step 2
  • Add shrimp, butter, oregano, Ms. Dash, Old Bay, Chef Paul Magic, garlic powder, salt, and lemon pepper seasonings in boiling water. Boil until shrimp is fully cooked
  • Step 3
  • Blend water, chile ancho, chile de árbol, jalapeño, tomato roma, diced onion, butter, old bay, sazón Goya, Chef Paul magic, sugar, salt. Liquify blend.
  • Step 4
  • Fry tilapia until crispy and cut into smaller pieces.
  • Step 5
  • Remove 2 cups of water from shrimp boil. Add blended sauce and boil at medium heat. Add fried pieces of tilapia in boil. Add Epazote. Boil until Epazote leaves are soft. You're done!
