  • 1 1/2 cup bread flour
  • 2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

How to Make caneloni

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make caneloni in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • mix milk and flour together
  • Step 2
  • add eggs and beat well
  • Step 3
  • add salt and pepper
  • Step 4
  • in a medium sized pan, add small amount of margarine (for frying) then add quarter of small cup of the mixture each time. repeat untill the mixture ends.
  • Step 5
  • for serving, put whatever you want vertically inside (mashed meat, spinach, mexican hotdog, cheese) -cooked- then fold the two ends together, then add some mozarella cheese or tomato sauce and put in oven for 10 mins. ENJOY!
