  • 1 C cannelini beans
  • 3 carrots; 1/8" slices
  • 1 T fresh dill; minced
  • 2 t honey
  • 1 t turmeric
  • 1 t brown sugar
  • 1/2 t fresh thyme; minced
  • 1/2 lemon; juiced
  • 1 pinch kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 T olive oil
