  • 2 tsp Instant espresso
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk choc morsels
  • 1 cup White choc morsels

  • Preheat to 350°
  • Step 2
  • Butter a 15x10 jelly roll pan
  • Step 3
  • Bake walnuts at 350° in single layer 8-10 min, stir halfway through

  • Melt 1 1/4 c butter in sauce pan med heat
  • Step 5
  • Stir in sugar, next 5 ingredients and 1/3 water
  • Step 6
  • Stir constantly about 20 min
  • Step 7
  • Remove from heat and add walnuts
  • Step 8
  • Quickly pour mixture into prepared pan
  • Step 9
  • Sprinke milk choc and white choc over top
  • Step 10
  • Let srand 5 min and swirl w/ spatula
  • Step 11
  • Cover and chill 1 hr
