  • 6 cup Popped Corn
  • 2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 lb Butter
  • 1/2 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
  • 1/4 tsp Soda
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Pecans

    Step 1
  • Bring corn syrup, brown sugar and butter to full rolling boil.
  • Step 2
  • Remove from heat and stir in cream of tartar and soda

  • Place mixture onto 2 cookie sheets and place in oven at 225°F for 1 hour. Stir after 30 minutes
