  • 100 grams Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Water A
  • 3 tbsp Water B

How to Make Caramel Sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Caramel Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put the sugar and Water A into a saucepan, and heat on high while shaking the pan. Heat Water B in the microwave.
  • Step 2
  • When it starts to brown remove from heat when it reaches a color slightly lighter than desired.
  • Step 3
  • Pour in heated Water B all at once. (Be careful not to let it spatter. It's good to cover the pan with a sieve or some cover during this step.)
  • Step 4
  • When making caramel tablets, without adding Water B after removing it from the heat, allow the caramel sauce to cool a little, then drip it on aluminium foil and let it harden.
