  • 1 Apple (about 250 g)
  • 50 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream

    Step 1
  • Peel the apple, cut into small pieces and set aside. Add the granulated sugar and maple syrup to a pot, and warm up over medium-low heat without mixing.

  • When apple cuts start to release their moisture, turn the heat up to high to evaporate. When the apples turn golden yellow and the water has evaporated, turn off the heat.

  • Step 7
  • Not much water comes out from bananas, so simmer over medium-low heat instead of high. Add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream at the end.
