  • 1 salt
  • 3 tsp parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make carla's green salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • cut iceberg slices and green onion slices and put in a big plate
  • Step 2
  • place sliced avocado in both sides of the plate
  • Step 3
  • add sliced mushrooms next to avocado
  • Step 4
  • place artichoke slices next to mushrooms

  • cut cherry tomatoe each in 2 portions and place it next to artichoke
  • Step 6
  • shreder the carrot and put it in vertical next to tomatoe

  • place 1 column of walnuts in the middle of the plate , sprinkle the parmesan over the plate.
  • Step 9
  • dressing: mix the mustard, oregano, olive oil, lemon juice, salt together and place them in a sauce bowl . bon appetit.
