  • caramel sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 115 grams brown sugar
  • 4 large pounded garlic
  • 4 small shallot or onion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • FISH OPTION
  • 1 large salmon fish head or any fish fillet

How to Make Carmelized Fish

    Step 1
  • pan fried or grill or broil the salmon or fish
  • Step 2
  • With oil sautee pounded garlic and onion paste till fragrant then add dark soy sauce ,fish sauce and sugar with lime juice and stir vigorously to mix
