  • 1 to 2 teaspoons * Mentsuyu
  • 1/2 tsp * Sugar
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons * Water
  • 1 tbsp Ground white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Roasted black sesame seeds

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Carrot and Komatsuna Greens with Mentsuyu and Miso in your home by yourself.

  • Boil vegetables in hot water with a pinch of salt. (About 1 to 2 minutes.) Be careful not to overcook.
