  • 1/2 cup reduced fat milk
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • preheat oven to 180C (350F) and line a 13 x 23 cm free form loaf tin with baking paper .

  • sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a mixing bowl.
