  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 can pineapple crushed with the juice
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • FOR CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
  • 1 packages cream cheese
  • 2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice / vanilla extract

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour pan.
