  • 7 carrots
  • 4 tablespoons ghee
  • 4 cup condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 50 g cashews/almonds
  • 50 g raisins

    Step 1
  • Peel the carrot well and then grate them.
  • Step 2
  • In a hot pan, add 2 tablespoons ghee, now add the carrots grated earlier

  • Now add condensed milk to the mixture

  • Cook this on low heat until milk reduces; note you have to stir this mixture often

  • Stir mixture well and simmer it on a lower until till it dries
  • Step 9
  • Carrot Halwa is ready, now serve this dessert hot or chilled
  • Step 10
  • Note: You can use normal milk instead of condensed milk. If you are using normal milk then increase the quantity of sugar
