  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Soup stock granules

How to Make Carrot Potage

  • Thinly slice the carrot and onion.
  • Step 2
  • Heat butter and vegetable oil in a pan, and slowly fry the carrot and onion, making sure they don't burn.
