  • 1 Egg
  • 1 can Canned tuna
  • 1 tsp Mentsuyu
  • 1 Salt and pepper

    Step 1
  • Peel the carrots and slice thinly with a slicer or knife.
  • Step 2
  • This is the slicer I used.
  • Step 3
  • Drain the tuna well of its oil. Beat the egg.
  • Step 4
  • Cook the carrots in a frying pan. When they have wilted, add the tuna.
  • Step 5
  • Add the egg from Step 3 and cook until the egg becomes crumbly.
  • Step 6
  • Season with salt, pepper, and mentsuyu (adjust to taste).
