  • 6 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 8 1/2 oz whole cashews
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup yellow, red. and orange, sweet peppers
  • 1/3 cup green bell pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 1/2 tsp cilantro chopped

How to Make Cashew chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Cashew chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice the coloured peppers into rings. Chop the bell pepper. Chop the onion
  • Step 2
  • Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
  • Step 3
  • Heat oil. Add chicken, white pepper, onions, garlic, peppers, and salt. Stir well, keep an eye on it. Stirring occasionally.
  • Step 4
  • When chicken is done and onions are tender, remove from heat. Drain excessive liquids a little bit is good to have. Add cashews and mayonnaise. Mix well. Serve immediately. Hope you enjoy!

  • Garnish with cilantro, optional
