  • 2 carrots chopped lengthwise
  • 600 grams cauliflower chopped

  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 4 green chillis chopped
  • 1/4 turmeric powder
  • 1/2 black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • salt

How to Make Cauli&carrot fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Cauli&carrot fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oil in pan and fry the onions, tomato, green chilli for couple of mins. Add turmeric powder for a nice color and aroma.
  • Step 2
  • Add the cauliflower and carrots, stir fry for 7-8mins. Season with salt, cumin powder and pepper.
