  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1 slice-1/4" slice velvetta
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 salt & pepper to taste

    Step 1
  • Heat oven to 350°F
  • Step 2
  • Cut cauliflower into bit size pieces
  • Step 3
  • Place cauliflower in flat cooking pan & place in oven
  • Step 4
  • Cook until cauliflower is tender and lightly brown - about 10 minutes
  • Step 5
  • Place cauliflower in sauce pan on cook top
  • Step 6
  • Add milk, butter and cheese
  • Step 7
  • Turn heat on low and warm until cheese is melted. Stirring occasionally.

  • Serve with salt and pepper to taste
  • Step 9
  • Optional: add cooked green beans to change this up for a green bean cauliflower side
