  • 2 small cauliflower or one large
  • 4 strips green onion/ chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbs flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley

How to Make Cauliflower Burgers

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Cauliflower Burgers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Steam cauliflower mash and mix with parsley and onions , salt and pepper
  • Step 2
  • Add eggs , bread crumbs and 2 tbs of flour mix
  • Step 3
  • Add Parmesan cheese
  • Step 4
  • Set oven 370 F In a baking sheet , place parchment paper , Make a dough , if is too soft add more flour and give burger shape , place them in baking sheet.
  • Step 5
  • Bake them about 20 minutes, take them out of oven and turn them over, bake the other side 20 minutes too. Until brownish color. Turn off the oven .
  • Step 6
  • They are ready to eat.
