Ingredients: Cauliflower Ceviche

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 2 Radishes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 3 Avocados
  • 3 Lemons
  • 2 Serranos
  • 1 as needed Salt

How to Make Cauliflower Ceviche

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Cauliflower Ceviche in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop the cauliflower into very small pieces by either shaving it off (with knife) or just plain chopping it into tiny floret pieces,
  • Step 2
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the cauliflower to blanch for 4-5 minutes
  • Step 3
  • Once it is slightly tender, strain the water out and immediately place in an ice bath to stop the cooking.
  • Step 4
  • Drain all water from cauliflower and add all other ingredients (tomatoes, onions, cilantro, avocado, serrano, cucumber...)
  • Step 5
  • Add lemon juice to mixture and mix well.
  • Step 6
  • Add salt to taste and serve.
