  • 33 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup canned mushrooms
  • 1/2 small onion sliced very thinly
  • 1 1/2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 3 oz sliced summer sausage
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • Mix all the sauce ingredients.

  • Spread toppings and sauce on top set back into oven for 15 minutes.
