  • FOR CAULIFLOWER
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into pieces

  • 2 tablesoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce such as franks red hot sauce
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 10 slices pepperoni, chopped
  • FOR TOPPING
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated rpmano cheese
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 2 cherry tomatos, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning spice mix
  • 12 slices pepperoni

How to Make Cauliflower Gratin

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 11 steps you must follow to make Cauliflower Gratin in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Spray an 8 by 8 inch baking disk with non stick spray. Preheat oven to 425°F
  • Step 2
  • Combine, chicken broth, sour cream, cream, butter, lemon juice, cajun seasoning hot sauce and pepper in a bowl, whisk to combine
  • Step 3
  • Pour mixture over cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high until tender about 10 minutes

  • Puree in a food processor or blender with the chopped pepperoni and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until smooth
  • Step 5
  • Spread evenly in prepared pan
  • Step 6
  • Sprinkle with tomano cheese
  • Step 7
  • Then add cheddar cheese
  • Step 8
  • Add green onions and cherry tomato slices
  • Step 9
  • Add italian seasonig evenly on top
  • Step 10
  • Add pepperoni in one layer
  • Step 11
  • Bake about 20 to 25 minutes until hot and cheese has melted
