Ingredients: Cauliflower Manchurian

  • 4 small White Onions diced
  • 1/4 cup garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger chopped
  • 1/2 Capsicum
  • 2 spring onion
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1/3 cup Cabbage
  • 3 small green chillies
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 tsp chilly sauce

How to Make Cauliflower Manchurian

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Cauliflower Manchurian in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Either boil the cauliflower or you can deep fry them with corn flour batter.
  • Step 2
  • Add oil in the wok.This has to been done quick and on high flame.Add the onion and saute it.Once translucent add ginger,garlic,chilly.
  • Step 3
  • Quick add the capsicum and cabbage.Cook till dey just losse their crunchy ness.
  • Step 4
  • Now add soy sauce,schezwan sauce,salt,chilly sauce.Mix well.
  • Step 5
  • Now add the cauliflower.If you want gravy den add water and mix with conrstarch or else leave it dry.Mix well and garnish with spring onions when it's still hot.Enjoyyy!!!:)
