  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2/3 cup white cheddar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • pinch paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp course kosher salt/sea salt
  • 1/3 stick buttetButter
  • pepper
  • pinch coriander
  • pinch cumin

How to Make Cauliflower mash

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Cauliflower mash in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut into large florets then add to boiling water add a pinch of salt to the water. Boil for about 10 min or until tender
  • Step 2
  • Drain the liquid and add the butter and seasonings the mash up to a rough choppy mash
  • Step 3
  • Put into a baking dish and top with the cheese and paprika then bake at 325°F oven for 15 min
