  • 1 cauliflower
  • 800 g potatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 250 g baby spinach
  • Natural yoghurt

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Cauliflower, potatoes & chickpeas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Separate cauliflower into florets, cook in boiling salted water for 5 mins, drain. Reserve about 150ml cooking water
  • Step 2
  • Roughly chop potatoes & cook in boiling salted water for 10mins. Drain
  • Step 3
  • Heat oil, butter in a fry pan & sauce garlic & onion.
  • Step 4
  • Stir in spices. Add cauliflower, potatoes & reserved cooking water, simmer on low for 10mins
  • Step 5
  • Drain & add chickpeas & spinach. Cook until spinach wilts. Serve up with a dollop of yoghurt
